Account Officer at The Triplets Studio – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
The Triplets Studio is recruiting an Account Officer in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, to keep reliable financial records and provide day-to-day accounting support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain transaction records for income, expenditure and daily sales across business units.
- Reconcile cash, POS transactions, bank transfers and bank accounts.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts and records supporting purchases and payments.
- Monitor expenses, unpaid balances and supplier accounts.
- Assist with payroll, salary deductions and staff finance records.
- Produce regular financial reports and promptly flag differences or irregularities.
- Observe financial controls, confidentiality and approved operating procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Two to three years’ relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliation and Excel/accounting software skills.
- Accuracy, integrity, analytical ability, organisation and reliable independent work.
