Accountant at Swift Consulting Limited – Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos
Swift Consulting Limited is recruiting an Accountant for an e-commerce position in Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, transaction controls, tax compliance and analysis to support management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain complete financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, expenditure tracking, financial planning and cash-flow monitoring.
- Carry out bank and account reconciliations and track payables and receivables.
- Handle tax computation, filing and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Analyse financial performance, identify opportunities for cost control and advise management on financial decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant accounting experience, including management of core accounting functions.
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
