Position Title: Accountant.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Accountant job opportunity is available at DIVA Pads Nigeria for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Paying of local suppliers
• Disbursement of petty cash for various approved vouchers
• Creating bills in zero software, capturing all financial transaction in accounting software
• Reconciling of petty cash voucher
• Bank reconciliation by matching bank and credit card transaction
• Drafting of bank letter
• Collecting of bank statement
• Transferring of salary advancement for staff on the 15th of each month
• Paying of staff salaries at the end of the month
• Issuing of payment voucher
• Regular visitation to the bank to drop letters and give instruction
• Going to the fuel station to purchase fuel with the driver
• Buying and exchanging of foreign currency
• Reconciling credit card
• Export/import process
