Accounting Software Trainer at KadMap Systems Limited – Abuja
KadMap Systems Limited is recruiting an Accounting Software Trainer for a 12-month contract in Abuja. The work involves client training on accounting workflows and software, rather than coding, technical integration or providing professional tax, audit or legal advice.
Responsibilities
- Train clients to use the accounting applications assigned to each engagement.
- Demonstrate invoicing, supplier and customer records, expenses, payments and reports where supported.
- Guide users through practical financial-data entry, review and retrieval exercises.
- Create user instructions, exercises and reference materials, and explain relevant reports.
- Respond to routine application questions and assess participants’ understanding.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least three of LedgerSMB, FacturaScripts, Crater, Kivitendo, Odoo and ERPNext.
- Knowledge of everyday accounting processes, including receivables, payables, invoicing, expenses and reporting.
- Clear communication, strong teaching and presentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance administration is desirable.
Contract term: 12 months.
