Marketing Officer at a Pension Fund Administrator via Human Capital Partners – 5 Locations

A pension fund administrator is recruiting five full-time Marketing Officers through Human Capital Partners (HCP). The vacancies cover Abuja (FCT), Delta, Kogi, Ondo and Oyo states. The role combines pension client acquisition, relationship management, onboarding support and contribution growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with onboarding, account opening, pension contributions and supporting documents.
• Identify and pursue new business among individuals, employers, organisations and professional groups.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Explain pension products, benefits, contribution requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines clearly.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into active contributors.
• Maintain reliable records of customer contacts, leads, sales activity and opportunities.
• Work towards departmental business-development targets and wider organisational objectives.

Performance indicators

• New clients acquired and fresh pension registrations.
• Growth in contributions and assets under management.
• Client retention, satisfaction and prospect-conversion rates.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Timely, accurate sales and marketing reports.
• Compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications or a related field.
• Previous marketing, sales or business-development experience in financial services, insurance or banking.
• Experience in the pension industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pension products, retirement planning and relevant regulations is an advantage.
• Professional certification in marketing, pensions, finance or a related discipline is an added advantage.
