Adhoc Contract Staff at Smart Energies – Ikorodu
Smart Energies is recruiting Adhoc Contract Staff for customer onboarding and distribution support in Ikorodu, Lagos. The field-based role involves retailer visits, basic equipment safety checks and daily customer and sales records.
Responsibilities
- Register and onboard customers at retail outlets through the SmartEnergies Subsidy App.
- Conduct basic safety checks on gas cylinders and cookers before customer handover.
- Record customer, sales and distribution information accurately each day.
- Support refill reminders and basic after-sales enquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE qualification.
- Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work flexible field hours.
- Ability to learn smartphone app use and complete simple paper forms.
- Clear, friendly communication with customers and retailers.
- Must live in, or be able to work in, Ikorodu and remain active during outreach and distribution days.
