Senior Sales Executive at an IT Firm via Westfield Consulting – Lagos (Hybrid)

An information technology company is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive through Westfield Consulting for a hybrid position on Lagos Island.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B enterprise sales opportunities in software, cybersecurity, cloud services and related IT solutions.
• Identify prospective customers, especially in banking, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas and other large organisations.
• Manage lead generation, prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation and deal closure.
• Build lasting customer and industry-partner relationships and develop new business through existing contacts.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand customer needs and deliver suitable solutions.
• Track sales pipelines, performance, customer satisfaction, opportunities and revenue forecasts.
• Contribute to go-to-market programmes, market research, quotations and commercial analysis.
• Work towards agreed revenue, margin, new-account, conversion and quarterly sales objectives.

Requirements

• At least five years’ technology-sales experience, preferably in systems integration, technology distribution, OEM or reseller environments.
• Demonstrable enterprise IT solution selling and complex B2B account management.
• Understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, software and enterprise infrastructure products.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship-management and CRM skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred; MBA, professional certification or membership is an advantage.
