Administrative Officer at Shally Essence Scents and Cosmetics – Lekki, Lagos
Shally Essence Scents and Cosmetics is recruiting a full-time Administrative Officer in Lekki, Lagos, to coordinate office activities, business correspondence and reliable recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and support efficient operational processes.
- Handle calls, email, correspondence, official documents and administrative records.
- Maintain files, databases and accurate business information.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and calendars, and prepare letters, reports and memos.
- Monitor stationery and office supplies and arrange replenishment.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, staff and management on administrative matters.
- Track staff attendance, support internal coordination and maintain an orderly office.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related subject.
- Four to six years of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organisation, discretion, multitasking, time management and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Preference for residents of Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and other Lagos Island areas who can commute conveniently to Lekki.
Salary
₦200,000–₦220,000 per month.
