Payment and Administrative Officer at Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) – Ilupeju

Resource Intermediaries Limited is recruiting a full-time Payment and Administrative Officer for a financial-institution assignment in Ilupeju, Lagos. The role coordinates purchase-order requests, vendor payments and administrative expenditure controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payments connected with new builds, revamps, property leases, furniture, office equipment, security systems and building materials.
• Track requests from purchase-order issuance through payment completion.
• Monitor procurement and finance request systems and notify colleagues when action is required.
• Ensure unpaid commitments are properly reflected in monthly accruals.
• Resolve issues and prepare reports for SAP-processed transactions.
• Monitor spending against approved budgets and investigate variances.
• Prepare vendor-payment tracking and reconciliation reports.

Requirements

• BSc in Finance or Accounting, excluding Third Class and Pass grades.
• No more than one to two years’ accounting experience.
• Applicants must not be older than 27 years.
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with accounting software.
• Willingness to work in Ilupeju, Lagos.

Salary and benefits

₦180,000 monthly, with a thirteenth-month salary, HMO, pension and paid leave allowance.
