Asphalt Operator / Manager at Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited – Lagos
Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is recruiting an experienced Asphalt Operator / Manager in Lagos to oversee asphalt plant operations, production quality and equipment performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise asphalt plant production and day-to-day operating activities.
- Oversee production quality control and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Manage plant personnel, equipment and operational resources.
- Identify operating faults, troubleshoot problems and provide leadership on the plant floor.
Qualifications and requirements
- A minimum of fifteen years of relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience operating and managing asphalt plants.
- Working knowledge of asphalt production, quality assurance and plant maintenance.
- Ability to supervise workers, organise equipment and manage daily operations.
- Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
