Assistant Corporate Services Manager at HBM Nigeria Plc – Ewekoro and Sagamu

HBM Nigeria Plc is recruiting a Assistant Corporate Services Manager for its operations in Ewekoro and Sagamu, Ogun State.

Role overview

Assist the Corporate Services Manager with day-to-day management of offices, residences, guest houses and supporting services across the organisation. The role covers maintenance, furnishing, housekeeping, canteen services, immigration and business travel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient and sustainable building maintenance and facility-related projects.
• Support property portfolio management, track key property dates and provide timely advice on upcoming requirements.
• Work with suppliers and contractors on repairs, installation, removal and furnishing, monitoring quality and service performance.
• Handle daily employee-services and stakeholder requests, along with general corporate-services administration.
• Monitor stationery and refreshments, inspect canteens and maintain hygiene, food-handling and health-and-safety compliance.
• Liaise with Procurement and Finance to ensure vendor deliveries and payments are followed through.
• Prepare office and residential accommodation for staff and coordinate corporate travel, visas and immigration services.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly NIS returns and maintain complete expatriate documentation.

Experience and skills

• Two to three years in a similar role within a large organisation.
• Facilities Management certification, or experience of vendor management, facilities or events, is an advantage.
• Understanding of building/construction operations and documentation policies.
• Strong customer service, written communication and verbal communication.
