Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder) at Strivo Labs – Lagos

Strivo Labs is recruiting an Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder) in Lagos to develop and maintain automated processes supporting Collections, Operations and Customer Experience teams.

Workflow development and support

• Design, configure, test and improve automated workflows in n8n or similar platforms.
• Partner with business units to identify repetitive tasks and translate requirements into reliable automations.
• Monitor workflow availability, investigate failures, resolve errors and escalate complex issues.

Documentation and reporting

• Maintain workflow specifications, configuration notes, troubleshooting procedures and an organised knowledge base.
• Track incidents, SLA performance and key workflow metrics; prepare weekly governance reports.
• Review recurring issues and propose changes that improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• One to three years’ experience in automation, business operations, data analysis or related work.
• Hands-on ability with n8n, Zapier, Make or comparable automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, system integration, SQL and spreadsheets.
• Strong documentation, communication, investigation and cross-team coordination skills.
• Python scripting, fintech or lending exposure, incident management and process documentation are advantages.

Compensation

• ₦350,000 monthly.
