Bartender at DISTRICT10 – Gwarimpa, Abuja
DISTRICT10 is recruiting a full-time Bartender in Gwarimpa, Abuja, to prepare drinks, serve guests and maintain smooth and hygienic bar operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine, using established recipes.
- Welcome guests, take orders, recommend drinks and deliver attentive service.
- Keep the bar, equipment, work surfaces and nearby seating areas clean and organised.
- Monitor beverage ingredients, glassware and supplies, report shortages and assist with stock counts.
- Process bills and cash or card payments accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Follow food hygiene, safe service and applicable alcohol regulations.
Qualifications and requirements
- First School Leaving Certificate, SSCE or a relevant qualification in hospitality or catering.
- Practical bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel or lounge.
- Good mixology and beverage presentation skills, communication and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle basic calculations and manage payments responsibly.
