Bartender at Monty Suites – Lekki, Lagos
Monty Suites is recruiting a Bartender in Lekki, Lagos, to deliver attentive drink service and support safe and organised bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take drink orders and explain available beverages.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including mixed and specialty drinks, according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Recommend drinks and answer customer questions about the menu.
- Clean and sanitise glassware, equipment and work surfaces.
- Restock bottles, kegs, garnishes and other supplies, track inventory and report shortages.
- Follow safety, hygiene and service procedures.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or bar-service experience.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
- Excellent guest-service, communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, neat presentation and physical stamina for long shifts.
