Front Desk Officer at Teestone Hotels & Apartments – Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Teestone Hotels & Apartments is hiring a Front Desk Officer in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, to welcome guests, manage reservations and deliver a smooth hotel reception experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, enquiries and requests by telephone, email and in person.
- Explain hotel services and local attractions and manage complaints professionally.
- Maintain guest records and update the reservation system.
- Process payments, issue receipts and reconcile daily transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments on guest needs.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, monitor room availability and follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related subject.
- Prior hotel reception or customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Microsoft Office and hotel-management software proficiency.
- Professional presentation, problem-solving ability and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
