DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

The main functions of this position are:

• Help clients in solving problems with their websites and giving them information about our services (text mode only).
• Be the connection between clients and programmers/sys admins.
• Help with some basic Marketing/Cryptocurrencies Tasks.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

Applicants for this position must have:

• Intermediate-to-advance English proficiency (B2, C1).
• Self reliance as this is a remote job.
• Willingness to learn about IT trends and services.
