Brand and Communications Senior Analyst at Helium Health – Lagos

Helium Health is recruiting a Brand and Communications Senior Analyst in Lagos to support corporate communications, media relations and internal messaging, with particular responsibility for HeliumCare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external communications initiatives across corporate and product channels.
• Develop accessible articles, newsletters, social posts, presentations, thought leadership and other content explaining healthcare and technology subjects.
• Manage day-to-day storytelling and campaign communications for HeliumCare, including public health programmes, milestones, partnerships and community activity.
• Support brand consistency, media relations, publicity opportunities, events and leadership communications.
• Coordinate internal announcements and employee communications, working across departments and reviewing engagement feedback.
• Collaborate with programme teams and stakeholders to communicate impact to government, funders, NGOs and healthcare partners.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in communications, public relations, journalism or marketing communications.
• Strong editing, storytelling and writing skills for varied audiences and digital channels.
• Experience supporting PR, media relations, stakeholder engagement and events.
• Effective project management, independent working, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, public health, NGOs, donor programmes or executive communications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, social media campaigns or AI-supported communications tools is an advantage.
