Junior Product Growth Officer (B2B Sales) at Sinogera Limited – Lagos
Sinogera Limited is hiring a full-time, hybrid Junior Product Growth Officer in Lagos to identify business customers, build B2B sales pipelines and help expand adoption of the company’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Initiate business outreach, presentations and meetings, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects, help convert customers and support onboarding.
- Build ongoing relationships with business clients and understand their commercial needs.
- Identify distributors, suppliers and strategic partners.
- Support product awareness, customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
- Track market developments, competitor activity, customer feedback and CRM records.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications or a related subject.
- Two to three years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, account management or customer acquisition.
- Experience approaching business owners and presenting products or services.
- Ability to manage prospecting, follow-ups and pipeline reporting using Excel, Google Sheets or basic CRM tools.
- Experience in trade, finance, fintech, logistics or other B2B settings is an advantage.
