Accounts Payable Officer at Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited – Akinyele
Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is recruiting a full-time Accounts Payable Officer in Akinyele, Oyo State, to manage supplier invoices, payments and vendor account reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Verify supplier invoices and ensure purchase orders and delivery documents support each payment.
- Prepare payment schedules and settle approved supplier obligations promptly.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts and payments.
- Maintain accurate payables ledgers, balances, filing and expense classification.
- Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliation and audits.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Two to three years’ experience in accounts payable or related accounting work.
- Sound knowledge of invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong accuracy, discretion, organisation and analytical skills.
