Pruvia Integrated Limited is recruiting a Brands & Communications Manager for its Ogudu GRA office in Lagos. The role combines brand strategy, campaigns, content production, public relations and reputation management.

Role overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brands & Communications Manager to own and elevate our brand across every audience and channel.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape how the company is perceived by prospective buyers, investors, partners, and the wider public.

The role combines brand strategy with hands-on delivery: planning campaigns, leading content and social media, running events, and ensuring every message and visual reflects a consistent, credible, and premium identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual brand and communications plans aligned with the company’s sales and growth objectives.
• Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead content strategy and production across social media, website, email, and print, working with designers, videographers, and copywriters.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring regular, high-quality content that builds audience, trust, and qualified leads.
• Manage the company’s public relations, media relationships, and online reputation.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new estate launches, off-plan developments, and promotional offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry bodies, community stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns generate leads and support conversion targets.
• Manage creative agencies, printers, production houses, influencers, and other suppliers from briefing through to final delivery.
• Own campaign budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring work is completed on time and within cost.
• Track and report campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CIM, NIPR) is an advantage.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in brand management, communications, marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Proven experience managing campaigns, projects, and external partners such as agencies and suppliers.
• Good command of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
