Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager at an Undisclosed Company via TeamAce Limited – Victoria Island, Lagos
An e-commerce business is recruiting a Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager in Victoria Island, Lagos, through TeamAce Limited. The position will grow the organisation’s digital commerce and buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) services through customer acquisition, partnerships and effective marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Design commercial and marketing strategies to grow awareness, sales and market share.
- Develop digital campaigns across social media, email, search and other customer-acquisition channels.
- Negotiate partnerships with retailers, electronics and appliance vendors, and merchants.
- Identify new markets, study competitors and broaden the merchant network.
- Improve customer engagement, repeat business, retention and transaction volumes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ experience in marketing, business development or commercial management, ideally in e-commerce or BNPL.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns, customer-acquisition initiatives and commercial growth.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations, BNPL models, strategic partnerships and revenue negotiation.
Salary
- ₦500,000–₦700,000 monthly.
