Head of Acquisition & Growth Management (Fintech / MFB) at Gravy Stream Limited – Lekki, Lagos
Gravy Stream Limited is recruiting a Head of Acquisition & Growth Management in Lekki, Lagos, to lead user and vendor onboarding, platform operations, customer care and performance growth across Gravy Eat and Gravy Mart.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer and vendor acquisition campaigns and execute onboarding initiatives across Lagos.
- Coordinate the onboarding team against monthly and annual acquisition targets, while monitoring active users, daily transactions, vendor participation and revenue growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operating experience across Gravy Eat and Gravy Mart, including vendors, personal shoppers, users and logistics partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and improve the quality of platform service delivery.
- Develop practical growth plans, report performance metrics to management and work towards the organisation’s 2027 targets and subsequent growth goals.
- Work across functions to deliver event activations, user engagement activities and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
- At least five years of demonstrable experience in acquisition, growth or business development in fintech, microfinance banking or a fast-paced consumer platform.
- Evidence of successful onboarding and achievement of challenging growth targets.
- Experience managing consumer-facing operations, including e-commerce or food delivery, and sound digital marketing and engagement knowledge.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination and customer-management skills.
- Applicants must be female, based in Lagos and available for extended working hours and travel as required.
