Business Development Officer job opportunity is available at Tuge Height Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Brief

• We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
• You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, have an interesting sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare a sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage an effective marketing team, conducting training to guide them in achieving their target sales.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
• 7 – 15 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a business development manager or relevant role.
• Proven sales track record.
• Proficiency in English.
• Market knowledge (Security Solutions)
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.

REMUNERATION:-

Based on Profit Sharing.
