About the role
Business Development Officer job opportunity is available at Wines and Things Limited for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing.
- We are looking for a passionate driven business development officer to join our growing team
- The individual in this role would be responsible for analyzing our customer base and current sales strategies and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability
- Candidates with a background and experience in the Wines and hospitality industry are essential.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current customer base, including portfolios and to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
- Review and communicate proposals to customers and stakeholders
- Develop business strategies and concepts to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Ensure that customer relations are maintained and further enhanced to facilitate growth in the number of customers and reduce complaints.
Experience and qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of experience preferably in the Wines and Hospitality environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing
- Analytical Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Applicants should be resident in Abuja with good knowledge of its environs.
