Business Development & Sales Training Specialist at Elite Talent Placements – Lagos

Elite Talent Placements is recruiting a full-time Business Development & Sales Training Specialist in Lagos on a hybrid basis. The role combines consultative B2B sales with corporate client engagement and the development of new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business prospects through strategic outreach, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Understand corporate clients’ challenges and recommend relevant recruitment, training and professional development services.
• Develop proposals and presentations, manage the sales pipeline and negotiate opportunities through to closure.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Track market developments and contribute ideas to business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Three to five years’ experience in business development, consultative or B2B sales, or account management.
• Evidence of generating qualified leads, selling to corporate customers and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Professional services, consulting or corporate training sales experience is advantageous.
• Commercial judgement, confidence with senior stakeholders and a target-focused approach.

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of ₦300,000–₦400,000 plus commission.
