Training and Business Development Consultant at B. Adedipe Associates Limited – Victoria Island

B. Adedipe Associates Limited is seeking a full-time consultant to grow its training business and deliver learning programmes that meet client needs.

Business development and training

• Identify new leads, promote scheduled courses and grow enrolment.
• Research market trends and training needs to prepare tailored proposals and marketing plans.
• Design and facilitate client-focused training programmes; keep course materials current and ready before delivery.
• Coordinate delivery, assess participant feedback and improve training products.
• Prepare research reports, client presentations and recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners and colleagues and provide technical support across the firm.

Qualifications and experience

• BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline, at least second-class lower (2:2).
• Three to five years in training consulting, training coordination or a related role.
• Knowledge of learning-and-development methods, client relationship management and training-business growth.
• Strong presentation, organisational, interpersonal, negotiation and Microsoft Office skills.
• An HR professional qualification is an advantage.
• Applicants must be no older than 30.

Salary

₦300,000–₦350,000 per month.
