Business Manager at an Undisclosed Company via Excel and Grace Consulting – Lagos and Port Harcourt

A travel and tourism company is hiring a Business Manager to lead operations across Lagos and Port Harcourt, expand its client base and strengthen business profitability.

Reports to: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across both locations, including ticketing, accommodation reservations, tours and visa-assistance operations.
• Develop revenue growth, expansion and partnership strategies while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
• Manage operating budgets, forecasts, costs and business performance reporting.
• Supervise staff, set performance measures and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor travel-market developments and uphold relevant operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, tourism, hospitality or a related field.
• Five to eight years of relevant experience, including significant business management or leadership responsibilities.
• Travel and tourism industry knowledge, including booking systems, client management and commercial operations, is strongly preferred.
• Proven budget management, sales development, negotiation, leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams and competing priorities across multiple locations.
