Blending Supervisor at a Downstream Oil Marketing Company – Lagos

A downstream oil marketing company is hiring a Blending Supervisor for its lubricant plant in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily lubricant blending for all product grades.
• Plan and execute blending orders in accordance with approved formulations and recipes.
• Operate and monitor blending kettles, tanks, heaters, mixers and automatic batch controllers.

Qualifications and experience

• A university degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with at least Second Class Lower; a Higher Diploma with Distinction or Upper Credit is also accepted.
• At least five years of experience, including two years in a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
