Tank Farm Supervisor at a Downstream Oil Marketing Company – Lagos

A downstream oil marketing company is hiring a Tank Farm Supervisor for its lubricant plant in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee bulk-product transfers from tanker receipt into storage, from storage to blending kettles, and through finished-product tanks to filling operations.
• Prepare daily transfer line-ups and valve settings to prevent product cross-contamination.
• Ensure accurate dipping, sampling and documentation for all receipts and dispatches.

Qualifications and experience

• A university degree in an Engineering discipline with at least Second Class Lower, or a Higher Diploma with Distinction or Upper Credit.
• At least five years of experience, with two years in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
