Call Center Agent job opportunity is available at ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Responsible for the timely management of calls (both inbound and outbound); identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions to their complaints.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A first Degree in a relevant field
- 0 – 5 years work experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, and high fluency in Igbo language
- Excellent verbal & phone communication skills, with active listening
- Excellent relationship management skills and highly developed emotional intelligence.
