Camp Boss (Industrial Catering) at H-CUE Catering Services Nigeria Limited – Port Harcourt
H-CUE Catering Services Nigeria Limited is hiring a Camp Boss in Port Harcourt to manage industrial catering delivery and supervise a crew of at least ten.
Key responsibilities
- Direct catering teams to achieve service quality and output targets.
- Supervise, train and coordinate at least ten catering crew members.
- Maintain hospitality and catering services at agreed standards and specifications.
- Enforce health and safety procedures for staff and food-service operations.
- Manage budgets, equipment and other resources responsibly.
- Keep accurate operating and management records.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least an HND in a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Camp Boss in industrial catering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical ability, time management, organisation and multitasking.
- Good verbal and written communication and demonstrated leadership.
