Head of Accounts (ACA, ACCA) at Genesis Group – Abuja, Port Harcourt and Warri
Genesis Group is recruiting a full-time Head of Accounts (ACA, ACCA) across Abuja, Port Harcourt and Warri. The role oversees financial operations, planning, reporting and internal controls while advising senior leadership.
The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term financial plans, annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial models for revenue and profitability.
- Oversee ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and period-end accounting.
- Prepare statutory, regulatory and management financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, bank relationships and capital expenditure planning.
- Oversee vendors and procurement-related finance processes.
- Set and maintain financial controls, policies and governance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory and audit obligations and coordinate with auditors.
- Lead accountants, financial analysts, payroll and accounts payable/receivable teams.
