About the role
Care Coordinator job opportunity is available at International Health Management Services Limited (IHMS) for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the delivery of health care services to all our enrollees by the providers
- Attend to provider requests, needs and complaints.
- Visit providers regularly for general case management review and visitation/inspections.
- Responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing of data from care providers.
- Regularly onboard new credible providers.
- Maintain a good relationship with our providers.
- Participate in onsite wellness programs for enrollees.
- Deliver talks on how the scheme works to groups of new clients.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of all activities as required.
- Any other function as assigned by the Head of Department such as marketing IHMS products.
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess MBBS / MBChB qualification
- Must have 1 – 3 years work experience
- Must have HMO Experience as a Care – Coordinator
