Career Counsellor (Ikorodu) at Fortesoft Systems Limited – Ikorodu
Fortesoft Systems Limited–NIIT is hiring a Career Counsellor in Ikorodu, Lagos, to guide prospective ICT students and support enrolment into training programmes.
Responsibilities
- Promote NIIT ICT courses to schools, students and working professionals through outreach, calls, WhatsApp and campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into paid registrations and meet monthly enrolment goals.
- Explain technology career paths and suitable certifications in an accessible way.
- Run open-house sessions and provide individual guidance on courses and outcomes.
- Follow up on student payments, discuss payment plans and support tuition compliance.
Requirements
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in education sales, client advising or community marketing.
- Ability to use Excel, CRM systems and WhatsApp marketing.
- Interest in technology education and helping students navigate career choices.
