Fortesoft Systems Limited–NIIT is recruiting a full-time Career Counsellor for its Surulere, Lagos location. The role combines advice on ICT career paths with student outreach and enrolment support.
Responsibilities
- Promote NIIT ICT programmes to students, educational institutions and professionals using calls, WhatsApp, outreach and campaigns.
- Engage leads, convert enquiries into paid course enrolments and meet monthly targets.
- Explain technology career options and qualifications in clear language.
- Host open-house activities and provide personalised course guidance.
- Follow up on payments and discuss payment arrangements with students.
Requirements
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in education sales, client advisory or community marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM and WhatsApp marketing.
- Enthusiasm for technology education and student career development.
