CDD Operations Analyst at LemFi – Remote

LemFi is recruiting a remote CDD Operations Analyst within Compliance Operations to review customer risk, monitor financial-crime alerts and support effective due diligence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review transaction monitoring, customer verification and sanctions-screening alerts and document decisions.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers, identifying red flags and escalating suspicious activity.
• Respond to due diligence and information requests from banking and payment partners within agreed timelines.
• Handle customer compliance enquiries clearly and professionally.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stay informed about anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing risks.

Requirements

• One to three years of AML or customer due diligence experience in fintech, financial services, advisory or audit.
• Practical experience with KYC, identity verification, enhanced due diligence and transaction or sanctions alerts.
• Ability to assess customer risk carefully and record defensible decisions.
• Strong English communication, organisation and Microsoft Office or Google Sheets skills.
• Attention to detail, ownership and adaptability in a changing regulatory environment.
