• Chief Resident Engineer with Master’s Degree (Bac. + 5 years’ Experience)
• Graduate in Bridge Engineering / Highways, Transport or Geotechnical Engineering with minimum of 15 years’ experience.
• Candidates should be Fluent in either English or French and fair knowledge of the second language is an advantage.
