Civil Engineer at Terra Energy Services (TES) – Lagos
Terra Energy Services is recruiting a Civil Engineer in Lagos to provide civil and structural engineering expertise for industrial infrastructure and facility projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and verify equipment foundations, reinforced concrete structures, slabs, supports and containment systems.
- Review loads, settlement, drawings and outstanding technical issues.
- Plan site earthworks, grading and drainage with other engineering teams.
- Prepare civil calculations, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
- Inspect and supervise construction, checking reinforcement, concrete and anchor-bolt installations.
- Coordinate civil requirements with mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation teams.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve technical problems and maintain engineering reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least seven years of relevant experience.
- Industrial civil and structural design, foundation engineering and construction inspection expertise.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Excel and structural/foundation software, including STAAD Pro or equivalent.
- Civil 3D experience is an advantage.
