Club Waiters at HCER Consulting Limited – Victoria Island
HCER Consulting Limited is recruiting ten male Club Waiters for full-time positions in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role provides table service for club guests and VIP areas.
Responsibilities
- Greet club patrons and respond to service requests professionally.
- Take accurate drinks and menu orders and deliver them promptly.
- Coordinate orders with bar and kitchen colleagues and follow guest-service standards.
- Keep tables, serving stations and assigned areas clean and presentable.
- Address customer concerns promptly or refer more complex issues to supervisors.
- Follow established order tracking, billing and payment procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors, security and other hospitality colleagues during peak periods.
Requirements
- Male applicants are sought for the ten openings.
- Minimum National Diploma (ND).
- Club, lounge, hotel, restaurant or bar service experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, discretion, teamwork, punctuality and guest-service skills.
- Ability to work in a busy nightlife setting and follow presentation and service requirements.
