Club Assistant Waiter / Runner (Male) at Undisclosed Company via HCER Consulting – Victoria Island

A nightlife and entertainment venue in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking five male Club Assistant Waiters / Runners through HCER Consulting Limited. The team supports waiters and bartenders with timely guest service during club operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Support waiters in attending to guests and fulfilling requests.
• Deliver drinks and refreshments accurately to tables and VIP sections.
• Clear used items and maintain clean, organised tables and service stations.
• Restock service supplies and help prepare tables and service areas for opening or events.
• Assist service staff during busy periods and report discrepancies or guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain appropriate hygiene, grooming and professional conduct.

Requirements

• Male applicants for five available positions.
• At least a National Diploma (ND) qualification.
• Hospitality or nightlife experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work long shifts in a busy venue and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, public holidays and special events.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team and comply with club service and dress standards.
