Communication Manager Vacancy at DIVA Pads Nigeria

Position Title: Communication Manager.

Job Station: Lagos State.

INTRODUCTION :-

Communication Manager job opportunity is available at DIVA Pads Nigeria for individuals who possess Degree in communications, journalism, legal, public relations or relevant field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Internal Communication:

• Develop, plan, implement and monitor the company’s internal communication strategy
• Assist other departments in writing up / proof reading important company documents

External Communication:

• Writing emails and letters due to external parties
• Handling company e-mail accounts and communicating to external parties

Marketing:

• Become the point of contact with the marketing agency 
• Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand standards
• Create content for the website in the form of blogging / newsletter publications.
• Plan and manage the design the production of all marketing materials
• Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions
• Represent the organization at events and press conferences

Legal:

• Become the point of contact with the legal agency
• Monitoring all ongoing work and communicating on behalf of company
• Sharing feedback to Management on regular basis on current status of active cases

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Degree in communications, journalism, legal, public relations or relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience creating targeted content
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
