Community Manager (Real Estate) at Astracrest Investment Limited – Lagos

Astracrest Investment Limited is recruiting a Community Manager in Lagos to support property customers, strengthen relationships and maintain a helpful online and offline community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage audiences on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and other channels.
• Respond promptly and courteously to comments, questions and customer concerns.
• Share approved details about properties, locations, prices and payment plans, and refer serious prospects to the sales team.
• Follow up on property enquiries, support clients after purchase and escalate complaints appropriately.
• Encourage referrals, testimonials and useful community feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing colleagues to communicate property updates, events and announcements.
• Assist with client activities, webinars, inspections and other engagement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, complaints and engagement, and provide regular management reports.

Requirements

• Clear written and spoken communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• A welcoming, patient, organised and professional approach to customers.
• Understanding of social media and confidence communicating online and offline.
• Ability to manage several conversations, solve problems and maintain trust.
• Previous customer service, community management, social media or real-estate experience is an advantage.
