Head of Sales & Marketing (Real Estate) at Metroscape Development Company Limited – Victoria Island
Metroscape Development Company Limited is recruiting a full-time Head of Sales & Marketing for its real estate business in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role leads sales and marketing for off-plan and completed properties, manages the team and drives revenue through measurable campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales-team recruitment, training, supervision and performance management.
- Develop sales strategies and deliver monthly revenue targets.
- Build and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns with measurable return on investment.
- Generate leads, maintain client relationships and close property transactions.
- Oversee property inspections, deal documentation, negotiations and closing activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials with the design team.
- Monitor CRM reports, sales performance, market developments, competition and pricing.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.).
- At least five years of sales and marketing leadership experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong digital marketing, leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and customer relationship management tools.
- Excellent organisational and commercial planning skills.
Salary and benefits
₦800,000 per month, a 13th-month payment and 4% commission on all sales.
