Real Estate Sales and Marketing Officer at Brook Assets and Resources Limited – Ikoyi, Lagos State
Brook Assets and Resources Limited is recruiting a full-time Real Estate Sales and Marketing Officer in Ikoyi, Lagos. The role centres on generating qualified property leads, conducting inspections and converting enquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
- Promote houses, apartments and other property developments.
- Develop marketing plans and campaigns that support sales targets.
- Source qualified buyers through social media, property portals, digital advertising, referrals and other channels.
- Produce property listings, adverts, presentations and marketing material.
- Arrange property inspections, site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and follow up enquiries through to completed sales.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity and report on leads, inspections and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or a related discipline.
- At least two years of real-estate sales and marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success marketing properties and securing leads or sales.
- Portfolio showing previous real-estate campaigns, property listings, marketing work or sales achievements.
- Knowledge of property platforms, digital advertising and social media marketing.
- Confident communication, negotiation, presentation and customer-management skills.
- Ability to work independently towards sales targets.
