Creative Director at DreamCity Property & Investment Limited – Jabi, Abuja

DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is recruiting a full-time, on-site Creative Director in Jabi, Abuja. This leadership role brings together brand strategy, multidisciplinary creative direction, campaign execution and creative-team management across the group’s business activities.

Creative strategy and delivery

• Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the group’s commercial objectives and brand positioning.
• Guide brand identity and consistent visual and communication standards across subsidiaries.
• Lead the conception and delivery of digital, print and traditional-media marketing campaigns.
• Oversee graphics, video, animation, photography and other multimedia assets for advertising, websites, social media and promotional use.
• Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, clients and stakeholders.
• Identify creative and technological trends that can strengthen campaigns and audience engagement.

Team leadership and operations

• Lead, mentor and manage designers, copywriters, videographers and multimedia specialists.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development and business development teams to meet business needs.
• Manage department budgets and allocate resources while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop performance indicators for creative work, assess campaign effectiveness and report results.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive creative leadership experience, ideally as Creative Director, Art Director or Senior Designer in real estate, investment, fintech or e-commerce.
• Master’s degree, advanced qualification or relevant professional creative certification is an advantage; graphic design or multimedia certification is highly preferred.
• Portfolio showing strong brand development, campaign design and multimedia production across digital and traditional platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma and comparable tools.

Professional skills and advantages

• Strong leadership, presentation, strategic thinking, project management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to deliver several initiatives under demanding deadlines.
• Multi-sector brand strategy, user experience or user interface design experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media, content marketing, digital advertising and external agency collaboration.
