An undisclosed employer in Ilupeju, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Digital Marketer through Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR). The responsibilities for this position focus on sales strategy, business development, revenue growth and market expansion, with leadership of sales teams and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business.
• Identify new markets, commercial partnerships and distribution channels.
• Build, lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set sales targets, key performance indicators and other performance measures.
• Monitor results and adjust sales approaches to improve performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts and plans for revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution.
• Implement scalable sales systems and processes.
• Expand commercial activity into new territories and retail channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• An MBA or advanced business qualification is an advantage.
• At least five years of experience in sales leadership roles.
• Proven success in achieving ambitious revenue targets.
• Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Experience in retail, fashion, fast-moving consumer goods or other consumer products is preferred.

Salary

₦400,000–₦600,000 per month.
