Director – Food & Beverage at Hilton Worldwide – Abuja
Hilton Worldwide is recruiting a Director of Food and Beverage in Abuja to lead dining and beverage operations, improve guest experiences and oversee financial and service standards across the hotel’s outlets.
Responsibilities
- Set departmental strategy, targets and budgets aligned with the hotel’s goals.
- Direct daily restaurant and beverage operations and coordinate menus and dining concepts with chefs and beverage specialists.
- Research guest demand, review service feedback and adapt menus and operational standards.
- Oversee outlet procedures, inventory, staffing, scheduling, cost control and financial plans.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, sanitation, licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Coach culinary and service teams and lead continuous improvements in guest satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
- Relevant degree, a strong guest-service orientation and four years’ relevant management experience in a five-star hotel.
- Knowledge of hotel food-and-beverage operations, budgeting, staff leadership and quality controls.
- Experience working in an African country is advantageous.
