Responsibilities
- Create a warm, helpful experience during interactions with guests.
- Coordinate breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, galas and other events within food and beverage outlets.
- Check function-room arrangements, including linen, cutlery, glassware and tableware, against event requirements.
- Communicate service specifications, procedures and changes to relevant food and beverage teams.
- Supervise the breakdown and safe storage of equipment after events.
- Schedule, coach, recognise and oversee food and beverage team members.
- Apply health, safety, hygiene, sanitation and alcohol-awareness regulations for guest and employee wellbeing.
