Director, Legal Services job opportunity is available at a Leading Independent Oil Exploration and Production Company for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• LL.B, BL, and LLM with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division).
• 15 years relevant post-call experience.
• Any higher qualification will be an added advantage
• Must be proficient in the use of IT Software
• In-depth knowledge of corporate and Oil & Gas laws.
• Must be a team player, self-motivated, and multi-task oriented.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience:

• Versatile in corporate law, legal drafting, litigation, arbitration proceedings, and special skill in vetting contracts and international agreements.
• Good knowledge of Oil & Gas Laws.
