• Environmental Specialist with B.Sc. in Science or in relevant fields with specialization in Environmental Studies.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Environmental Specialist on Road/Bridge Construction within the last 10 years.
• The professionals should be fluent in either English or French and fair knowledge of the second language is an advantage.
